...i never actually liked the idea - i mean, does anyone here actually think that letting RNG decide whether you will (or not) reach Max Level is in ANY way [i]'smart'[/i] or [i]'good idea'[/i]?

If you can reach Max Level with weapons that are typically attainable by everyone, then RNG will not be a factor in reaching max level. If you have to run multiple hard raids to hope for that key weapon drop in order to complete activities to get to max level, RNG will still determine when people get to max level.

It would have worked if gear was more abundant,but the limited path to level cap was horrible.
