Really? Because as far as I know (I'll use Warlock gear as an example) there are only a few uncommon sets - Axiom Coven, Chroma Vow, Enigma Burn and Raven Sheath. Compared to that, we have six Vanguard sets, six Crucible sets, nine faction sets, three Iron Banner, two raid, one Kellbreaker's, Trials set, and many others that I can't remember off the top of my head.
