No they didn't say that so shut your ridiculous face up. That's the MEDIA causing the hype along with a community of people who are too dumb to realize what media spin is. Until you read it from Bungie website or update, don't believe it. Things change all the time. It's called progression. Sack up. Also you can pre-order 1 day in advance too get all the same stuff as someone who preorders 4 months in advance ( except for collectors editions obviously). So next time hold off until more info is shared.
