I seriously doubt they'll make that distinction. It would be nice to see some of the more unique weapons like Black Hammer (although post patch it won't be unique) but I can't see it happening, especially as raid weapons are the biggest problem when it comes to over used vanilla guns. I suspect the comment about not breaking them up refers to the fact they will be useful at first (We'll need our old weapons till we get new ones) and not raid weapons specifically
