Sadly, that's what I was trying to find again when I posted this--it was posted by a user who asked the question this morning. I cannot quickly find the link as of this time, but if you search the forums for the keywords "34" "Taken King" "tweet" "proof" and browse through the results, you should find a post with a direct link to said tweet.

It's been rumored that we will be able to boost one character up to a level, it hasn't been confirmed if this is true, to how many characters we can do it to, or to what level it will boost us
