they stated it was a "smooth transition". i'm sure we'll get to remain 34's while we transition off to 35 when ttk comes out.

Well not likely. The only reason you are 34 is because the light rating on your armor says so. Once light levels are removed than that 34 does not exist. So everyone goes to 20 I would assume.
