So if I wait till the release of TTK to start a new character will I start at level 1 or 20?

Edited by Deadlydan: 8/5/2015 8:22:01 PMWell triple wreck posted a tweet saying that if you make a character when TTK comes out then you will be givin a option to boost that character all the way to a level that would be suitable to play TTK content.. So you can do it now or just take the easy way and use that boost when it drops
