Freedom of Speech
If you don't like what people call you maybe you should get off online gaming. You girls are so sensitive over a video game. Grow up or GTFO.
English
-
OK. Only men should call each other fags
-
No one should be called a fag for you're not only insulting that one person but a entire group of people
-
According to most homosexual the f word is the same to them as the n word is to a black person. Food for thought.
-
Me and my friends call each other fags all the time. It's trash talking, hell I'm big and I don't get offered. Also it's trash talking it's not supposed to be taken seriously
-
I'm just saying, the gay people I know find it offensive. You do what you want bud.
-
But fag means bundle of sticks. We are calling each other bundle of sticks. How is that offensive when we call each other that ?
-
Most gamers I meet are straight and we call each other fags all the time. It's trash talking. It's nothing to be taken seriously.
-
I'm willing to face the consequences like a man for voicing my opinion.
-
You should probably go research what freedom is speech is because you're definitely wrong, and you also look ignorant and uneducated.

-
Did I respond to your post? No, I responded to the op's post.

-
You're allowed to voice your opinion.

Edited by MacheteSquad: 8/6/2015 12:18:50 AMWrong telling someone you are going to -blam!- them is not protected speech nor is it acceptable speech. Even in tolerable circumstances i.e. two guys are playing a game and one says to the other "you are so gonna get -blam!-" it is still technically a threat and any form of threat is capable of being taken seriously by the receiving party. However from what I understand most of these statements made were not done in such an obviously joking or playful way but in a way that was to be taken as a serious threat to their health. Furthermore just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should. I can make fun of my friends for having a dead father but should I? In a dead serious way look them in the eye and insult them and their dead father? No, I shouldn't if you disagree bad troll is bad 0/8 you need to grow up and GTFO.

Edited by itzmeeeeee: 8/6/2015 12:33:17 AMLOL You can say anything you want at anytime, doesn't mean there aren't going to be consequences but you're free to say what you want whenever you want. Edit: also if this is harassment then file a lawsuit or some shit lets see how the police/state will take to you claiming to be harassed over a video game lmao
-
Police? No. But bungie/Activision and PSN/MS reserve the right to ban you as they see fit.
-
I never said you couldn't I said shouldn't. Also with the increased attention given to cyber bullying I would not be surprised if there was a legal precedent set for cyber harassment cases. As technology evolves to do the laws and crimes accompanied with it.
-
Edited by BoyMeetsEvil: 8/6/2015 12:41:23 AMThe police would just laugh lol. Nerd calling police, "Officer, officer, help, help! The Dames are being harassed by Boymeetsevil. He said he wanted to f uck them in a livestream of Destiny." Police, "LMAO!"
-
You don't call the police, you call a lawyer and file a lawsuit. Threats of -blam!- and physical harm would be taken very seriously, and the criminals could be tracked by their IP.
-
Edited by BoyMeetsEvil: 8/6/2015 12:47:05 AMAll those trolls were trolling. Nobody got r@ped or anything and this Thot decides to feed the trolls by making a video about them lol.
-
There is some serious incriminating evidence outside of this post.
-
Oh please. It's a video game and you are going to file a lawsuit because someone called you names is just down right pathetic and a waste of a lawyers time.
-
If someone says they are going to do bad things to you you and they say it seriously on the internet in any other medium, it is considered cyberbullying at best and harrasment if its bad enough. Threats of violence are taken even more seriously. You need to see past the medium of the game and realize that a threat anywhere is still a threat. You wouldn't take this kind of abuse in person, and someone online who is dedicated to getting your IP address might ad well be, because they can find you.

Edited by itzmeeeeee: 8/6/2015 1:27:33 AMYou are so soft bro... I cant stand this "bullying" shit, in my school days if you got pushed you pushed back there was none of this tell NBC shit going on like nowadays. Whatever bro, we can just agree to having different opinions. Have a good day.
-
That's not being soft, that's naming the crime. I'm saying that that's how they take offenses much less worse than murder and r@pe threats.
