There's a point at which quality isn't subjective anymore, if a game is so bad that it barely functions or has so little content that it severely falls short when compared to other games then it'd be considered a bad quality product.
Likewise if an overpowering majority of gamers consider this game to be low in terms of quality of entertainment that also takes negates the subjectiveness of this concept of quality of entertainment.

Curious, do you think a majority of gamers think this about destiny? My small clan of 12 is still playing albeit not quite as much.
