To be honest the majority of this community is so toxic, no matter what Bungie tells them they find negative things to say about it.
Look at the negative response for weapon tuning 2.0. The entire community wanted it, but because a few of their crutch weapons were included they hated everything about it.

So are you in favor of a usage graph being used as the basis for leveling weapons? Social reasons?
