Where did they state for a fact that they are dropping you to lvl 20? All I read was no more Light levels meaning the light can go away while your current level is locked in.
So again, nowhere have I read that Bungie will be dropping everyone to lvl 20.
If they did please post a link.

Technically, the max level is 20. Light gets you up to light level 34. Without light, the max is level 20, so that's why people assume that we'll have our level dropped.
