Wrong telling someone you are going to -blam!- them is not protected speech nor is it acceptable speech. Even in tolerable circumstances i.e. two guys are playing a game and one says to the other "you are so gonna get -blam!-" it is still technically a threat and any form of threat is capable of being taken seriously by the receiving party. However from what I understand most of these statements made were not done in such an obviously joking or playful way but in a way that was to be taken as a serious threat to their health.
Furthermore just because you [b]can[/b] do something, doesn't mean you [b]should[/b]. I [b]can[/b] make fun of my friends for having a dead father but [b]should[/b] I? In a dead serious way look them in the eye and insult them and their dead father? No, I shouldn't if you disagree bad troll is bad 0/8 [b]you[/b] need to grow up and GTFO.
