3 RepliesI support it. Contrary to popular belief, Iran is actually one of the more moderate places in the Middle East given that it is Shia and therefore a minority. They even offered asylum to Orthodox Christians fleeing ISIS. The stories you hear about Iran persecuting Christians are really just about Evangelical missionaries from the West who harass the indigenous Christians and ruin the sensitive political climate by advocating religious Zionism. The only reason the GOP hates Iran so much is because Israel hates them. And to be honest, I'm more afraid of the latter than I am the former. The Israelis along with the Saudis who we support are the true funders of terrorism in the Middle East.

Overall I support it. The end of the conventional weapons sanctions and delisting Qassem Soleimani sucks though.
