Here's the problem:
You have a great point, and they should go on to TTK. However, some of the legendary weapons are TOO GOOD (Fatebringer), and players will keep using them for TTK if they are not forgotten.Thus making all of Bungie's new weapons worthless. Bungie needs to make weapons that are worth using in certain scenarios and playstyles, and not a handful of guns that kick all the other guns' asses.

I agree. Like I've said to others, Bungie should just make better weapons, simple as that. My example would be ToO gear; amazing armor, and even [i]more[/i] amazing weapons that got even the most hardcore PvE Players (like myself) to seriously get into PvP play. As long as they continue that design, Players will naturally move on to new gear. :P
