There really wouldn't be a super in a 1v1 and Chief still has faster reflexes than any guardian out there. The man can see and dongle plasma cannons with a quick glance and side step. No matter how good a guardian's armory is, he wouldn't be able to land enough shots on Chief to even get close to killing him.
