Exactly. Draw weapon, call 911. My holster is just as close as my cell phone. However, one can provide immediate protection, while the other must be answered, discussed, dispatched, traveled, then discussed again... I have no problem doing both within a close period of time. Law enforcement provides a valuable service, but is not always where you want/need them to be.
