My Vanguard and Crucible rankings don't go up. I have been stuck on 237 points on Vanguard for 4 months and o have 30 points on the Crucible. It's been stuck just as long. It's have enough to get legendary drops and gear and I have no chance to get anything from either the Vanguard or Crucible. Any ideas on how to fix it?

The rep doesn't go up on any of my people. I normally play alone so I've haven't done any raids to get that gear. I can get stuff from factions but nowhere else. Very frustrating.

There rep. I've spent the marks before on faction stuff. I don't think it's gonna matter soon anyway but I like to keep options open

It's because you are wearing a faction class item so the rep is all going towards that factions rep. Check to see if new monarchy is increasing instead. Take it off and VG and crucible will get the xp instead.
