You clearly have no real game time on a MMORPG I have logged YEARS of my life on one of those things and it gitbits claws in as deep as it can get. As for a dps point and click, its exactly the same principle as the attack value on your gun and they fo feel and play differently even if the weapon is in the same weapon class. Your first point is mute as it just shows that you don't have a full understanding of what a mmo is. Destiny is a fpsmmorpg just when they Sat down to figure out how to rob us of our cash they figured that the fps console players that have no real concept of pay to play and get constant updates for content, it was concluded that they would not pay for it. However if you package the same data as DLC then it will sell. On average Destiny is about £5 to 7 quid a month but you don't see this as its called the dark below, the house of wolves and now the taken king. If you are happy thinking that its not a mmo because it's a fps then more fool you. All the weapons and armour are totally 100% comparable to rpgs. As are the phasieing dynamics, I am on board with you that it sucks but your trashing of mmo is gravely mistaken.
