WoW/Diablo =/= Shooter. It's not even just that Destiny isn't a MMO. Your main attacks are skill based, not "weapon based", weapon/gear stats are usually means of min/maxing your skill/power damage. Destiny is completely different from this--weaponry is king, therefore options to your arsenal matter much more. I always found rather stupid that instead of comparing like genre, people keep pointing to completely different games that suit their opinions (aka nobody tries to compare it to EVE, but WoW = no problem). Compare it to Warframe, Firefall, COD, or something within the category to make a point, FFS. That said, I'm not "moving on" from two of my guns, until I like something else more, because I don't have to. Thanks, Bungie!
