That Explosive Rounds, a possible 1 of 3 perks, bare in mind. I didn't include any of those but yeah, its as easy as just adding that as a possible option along with Field Scout and High Caliber Rounds to Dawn Breaker.
And naw, we just gotta tweak the damage value of the DoT for both so that Thorn maintains its Exotic status by comparison.
