I think Bungie needs to tell us asap whether we should continue to grind for those year 1 legendaries (fatebringer / black hammer, etc) for the next several weeks until TTK comes out or not. If those guns can still provide some sort of value, for example, in order to fully upgrade a new Fatebringer 2 in TTK, you need to dismantle a year 1 Fatebringer then there can still be an incentive to at least keep the gun in your inventory or grind it out for the next several weeks.
