most of the people happy with spongies choice only want certain weapons completely useless in future, I agree that all purple gear should be kept with purple gear, atleast until the second game comes out. mainstreaming the weapons to be usless at a point only to rely on new ones leaves you really with only one path to becoming legend with no diversity, keep the old mix in the new broader perspective.
