They are constantly being vague about everything because they know people aren't going to react positively to it. They know the decisions that they are making are going to just piss people off so they are just buying themselves time.

Right, the language they use seems like legal wiggle room, so we can't get a refund if they can't deliver. An "after much thought we aren't going to have a raid in this expansion" flash back moment.

Yeeeeah, THAT was such total bullshit on their end. We expected a Raid in House of Wolves, but since they already got their money they had no need to care about making good on that.
