Does twitch offer good benefits to their employees?
Paid time off?
How about retirement and pensions?
Just wondering how "sweet" of a job it really is.

I would say it's more like being an independent contractor than a direct employee. So no you don't get paid benefits or time off. On the other hand, you make your own schedule and essentially do whatever you want. You also have "unlimited" income potential. Do a Google search on how and how much they get paid. Quick explanation. Subscribing costs a viewer $5 per month (these subs are not mandatory to watch, but often come with perks the steamer sets). It starts at 50/50 split and goes up to 60/40 ($3/$2). Some of the top steamers have thousands of subs per month. One guy was reported to have $216,000 income just from subs. They can also get money from straight donations, running ads or even sponsorships. So IMO it can be a pretty sweet "job". Do what you love. Make people happy. Make a living doing it.
