This looks amazing. I have a fellow Warlock I play with regularly, too. I can't wait to try this out.
Also, does this stack with the Radiance native cooldown boost? If we both use Radiance and I have Song of Fire, does it further accelerate his recharge?

I dont believe it does. but even if it did, your throw animation would be slower than the charge time lol
