Good points. I agree, PvE players are the only ones really being effected, which seems odd considering the only possibile argument in favor of outmoding gear is because it might be overpowered, which only negatively effects PvP, which is [i]the only area that old gear will [u]continue to be useful in[/u][/i]. It makes NO sense.
