Who hits ALL crits? I can just hit 2-3 crits for both bursts and still 2 burst kill

My hopscotch: Red-OAS (+aim assist) Rodeo Brace Frame (max stability) Hidden Hand I hit all crits more often than not... or to phrase it better: 70% of the time, it works everytime.... :-D
