With the right rolls it's the best pvp pulse rifle in the game for now.

Red Death isn't even top 3, so it's opinion is irrelevant.

I have a Hopscotch (fully upgraded and ascended with a good roll) and Red Death. The Red Death is by far a superior pulse rifle compared to the Hopscotch it not even funny.
