This is my Third riddle, and hopefully it isn't too easy. This is called the [u]Riddle of Endings[/u]. --------------------------------------------------- What am I? I do not know, and I do not care. All I know is this: I stand as the eternal guard, a permanent position for a temporary job. I am the source and victim of much torment, my shrieks echoing until eternity before stopping suddenly. For magic courses through my body, and although they have failed in making me whole, I will stand as the eternal guard. Who/what am I? Hint 1: Death chases you. It follows because of your deeds. It brings you to me. And I stand as the eternal guard. Hint 2: My brothers chase you, shrieks echoing off the wall. You must pass me to face [i]him[/i]. But I stand as his eternal guard. Hint 3 BC I am tired: My kind are tortured, mocked by your shader for killing our King at his peak. I am the best of them all, defending a portal closing fast. I will bring you death, and bring endings. For I am the Eternal guard.
