It's poor man's messenger but, it can be rerolled into crazy 2 shot killing machine in sniper range.

Or Sureshot IS, 3rd eye, Braced Frame, Hideen hand if you want something better than the messenger.

Poors mans messenger? Its better then the messenger because you can roll the same perks as the messenger and Hive max stability. Thats what makes it slightly better then the messenger

In sniper rifle's range? I highly doubt. I got killed by some guy in the crucible who uses hopscotch and back out of map and got all the kills.
