Poors mans messenger? Its better then the messenger because you can roll the same perks as the messenger and Hive max stability. Thats what makes it slightly better then the messenger

I said you it can be rerolled to 2 shot killing machine in sniper range. Does messenger can do that?

In sniper rifle's range? I highly doubt. I got killed by some guy in the crucible who uses hopscotch and back out of map and got all the kills.
