I expect light level is being removed, light is not being removed just its affect on level hence light level instead of just being called light. eg it will be suggested light XYZ. rather than suggested light level because we now will be level bla with light amount bla? They may change the raid requirements, it might now be level 32 required suggested light amount 1100 or something? Anythings possible. Above is purely opinion until the release we don't know so cannot actually confirm.
