I hope that clears things up for everyone. Edit: Here's my understanding in a breakdown for more clarity: "Hard" Levels (my term): 1-40 — levelled up through experience. Light level: This is your power indicator. While you might be level 40, you can still be under the recommended Light power level for an activity, meaning it'll be (a bit) hard for you.
