Try grinding the wolf events, if you do it right on Venus they can come one after the other

Wolf events dont count - I had to grind out another 3 public events for the Moment of Triumph and unfortunately Wolf events don't count.. I suggest going on the moon - The first bit you land on has a public event, then you just move to the next destination to the right, then back again.
