Someone's grown attached to an imaginary gun. I guess it's kind of like telling someone to move on from their imaginary friend.

I had to go Flawless 7 times to get all my Adept weapons with good elemental rolls. Forgive me if I take issue with them ceasing to be a competitive option after having them for a month or two. :P

Edited by TheTommieC: 8/7/2015 9:44:05 PMHope you had a blasty blast with it for those two months. Hoping you have a similar achievement in the real world, way more rewarding.
After all, no one can take that away.
I get the feeling you still think I'm an antisocial, no-life child who has nothing better to do than play Destiny. Not cool, man. ;) I have 4 degrees, an award-winning feature film to my name, and get paid enough to work one week every month and still live more comfortably than a lot of my friends that work full time. I definitely have real-life accomplishments, and they're indeed way more meaningful than anything in a dumb videogame. I'm approaching this situation like an adult; I'm the consumer, I paid for this game, and I want to continue using the items I paid for, because it has literally zero effect on anyone else's experience.

I never claimed you to be a child. Hell, it's the internet, we are whatever other people think we are, and at the same time, we can be whomever we want. You claim to be an adult. As adult myself, I guess I got over it quicker. I can't assume we all think alike. The beauty of the forums, where no one's correct and personal opinions are truths. We all play for different reasons. Some play to collect, some play to have fun, some play for the competitiveness (hah), but at the end of the day, it's what we value and our morals that truly make us who we are.
