My point is that the prison and virtually the entire HoW was a stall tactic DLC until they could get the taken King ready to go. End game rewards should be on point but the only end game gun I've received that gets used a lot from the HoW is my messenger. There is no gun in the PvE side of HoW that get serious use, and this speaks to how weak of an expansion it was. It was never meant to produce great weapons because they knew you would be forced to scrap them in September. Are the dots connecting yet?
