Deej still hasn't completed the Moments of Triumph.
I've completed my Moments of Triumph.
My friends and I struggled through the Vault countless times to get the gear we needed and weapons we now love. We killed Atheon the right way, because walking him off the ledge like a dog on a leash never felt good. We earned our Fatebringers and Mythoclasts.
We banged our head against the Crota bugs but finally cleared Hard mode CE without cheating the bridge or pulling the plug on Crota to freeze him.
You forced us to split up in HoW for Hard Mode Skolas yet we persevered both with and without the elemental burns.
We ran around finding gold chests, searching for ghosts and grinding for victories in a laggy crucible.

Yet our community manager is still not. I just checked his PSN and XBOX LIVE profile. Come on Deej, honor your commitments to the community. Hard mode VOG and CE should take you two hours to complete. Skolas shouldn't take more than an hour or so once you hit lvl cap, which you appear not to be. :/
Invite me to a party if you need a true year one guardian to hold your hand. Oh and Yes, I will be bringing a Gjallahorn to the fight before you take away my trophy.

I don't need to have an emblem to prove that I played in Year One, nor do I need to prove to any one else. If emblems are so important, then why aren't you wearing your Pathfinder one? I would take more pride in having one of the more rare ones that most people are unable to obtain..

As someone in charge of hiring people, I could give two shits if he has a high kd, or completed the moments of triumph. I need him to be able to do his job, which he does well. Moments of triumph, haha like that even matters

So you ever think that deej might have a separate account with a different name. I'm sure that if he does anything on his account like crucible he gets flooded with messages and everyone will specifically search for him to kill. If deej has another account with a different name he can be more anonymous.

5 RepliesDeeJ works for a living just like some of us do. His job is not beta tester, professional gamer or Twitch superstar. He is the community manager. He acts as a liaison between us, the gamers, and Bungie, the developer. He doesn't want to take his work home with him any more than I do. Give the guy a break and let him do his job when he needs to and play Destiny when he wants to.

2 RepliesHmmm, Deej has two accounts. One Xbox and one PS and has not really played much on either of them. He has not maxed out his weapons on either account (kill numbers that is.) I maxed out mine without trying.... Strange. Hell, he has not even found all the golden chests. If I were a betting man, I'd wager that this is not/not his real account and he has one that he can play on and just chill out. I'd also wager that most Bungie employee's have undisclosed account. I'd hate to be pestered while doing a raid PoE. Further, if I want real feed back on my product, I'm going to play with people without them knowing who I am. Just a thought

7 RepliesSounds like you're running low on vagina. What if DEEJ plays Destiny at bungie HQ all day and reads to forums and takes care of meetings. At the end of the day instead of playing more Destiny on his personal time he instead has a relationship with his wife and newborn daughter. Maybe he doesn't want to take work home with him. If he has any free time let DEEJ do what he wants. You're life revolves around this game because you have no friends or girlfriend but don't put it on others

He's a guy with a marketing degree and punchable face that filters out the useless info from the forums and translates your horrible grammar into a cohesive idea that he can give to the actual coders and developers. Maybe if any of you could form a rational, semi-scientific thought and commit it to writing without appearing as though your mom smoked meth in the delivery room, the process wouldn't take as long.

1 ReplyDeej is the voice for Bungie. He doesnt design the games and isnt a pro player. I think people expect the Community Manager to be great at the game and that isnt really fair. That said I think if he wanted to finish this he would have done so already bc he wouldnt have to look very far for help. I am sure there are thousands of Guardians that would be willing to help him. So I cant criticize fans of the game that feel like he is detached from us. He probably doesnt give a -blam!-.

3 RepliesI'm pretty sure he's a very busy guy. I only just finished skolas a couple weeks back, completing my moments of triumph....because I, you know, have a life and family that come first. Deej gets so much grief, he's the voice of the community, he has a job, hobbies, family and many many other things to do with his life I'm sure.
