We'll just have to see. I don't think he was being vague on purpose. There are definitely two ways to interpret what he said. Since everyone asking the question is probably over level 20, I think he would've just said we'd be reverted to level 20, instead of making a vague statement.

To be honest, i don't think deej himself actually knows, bungie keep him in the dark a lot and then questions like that come up and he doesn't know for certain so he has to sort of dance around the question
