To all those saying we will be level 34 in ttk, hit the character menu button while playing and tell me what level it says. Thy as the level you are going into ttk.

He more than likely meant you'll have the power level of a 34... It'd be pretty stupid to give us 14 hard levels just for having gear on at the time of TTK launch especially it takes a fraction of the time to get the gear.
