Deej is the voice for Bungie. He doesnt design the games and isnt a pro player. I think people expect the Community Manager to be great at the game and that isnt really fair. That said I think if he wanted to finish this he would have done so already bc he wouldnt have to look very far for help. I am sure there are thousands of Guardians that would be willing to help him. So I cant criticize fans of the game that feel like he is detached from us. He probably doesnt give a -blam!-.
