Why does it matter if he hasn't? More to the point - why does it matter if anyone hasn't completed it? I don't need to have an emblem to prove that I played in Year One, nor do I need to prove to any one else. If emblems are so important, then why aren't you wearing your Pathfinder one? I would take more pride in having one of the more rare ones that most people are unable to obtain..
