This has to be a kid, the ignorance is just prevalent.
The dude has a career, which probably takes up most of his time.
As someone in charge of hiring people, I could give two shits if he has a high kd, or completed the moments of triumph.
I need him to be able to do his job, which he does well.

I'm 26. I'd you think that makes me a kid then OK. I'm college educated. I've been working since I was a teenager. Those who know me, know I'm at work more than anywhere else. I'm married, have a kid, car payments and a mortgage. I'm far from what you perceive.
