Headseeker is a wasted perk on the Hopscotch as long as you have a stability upgrade. The roll you want is Feeding Frenzy/Outlaw, a stability upgrade, Reactive Reload.
Why people like it? It's the best pulse rifle in the game for PvP.

not even close to the best. high rate of fire but weak impact, means anything with a higher impact beats it out in a heart beat. Messenger, spare change, hopscotch are the best PvP pulse rifles in game right now, besides exotics. With Messenger being on top.

Messenger has a higher ttk than timepiece. Just because it has high impact doesn't mean it's better. Fire rate plays a big role. Timepiece very close to the best

Rolled mine with third eye, smallbore, and rangefinder it is now a sniper.
