Deej is as much a year one guardian as anyone who's been playing this game since it started and those who are joining the game right now. Just because his stats are not as impressive as yours doesn't strip him of this title. I don't know why everyone thinks Deej owes something to us for being the community manager, he doesn't plain and simple. He doesn't need to be a hardcore gamer to be able to associate to the community, and I'd even argue that being a casual gamer is a better person to have in this role. I think it would be cool to have Deej play with people from the community just as much as everyone else, but I also understand why he doesn't. Lastly you're not gonna get someone to play with you when you say something like "to hold your hand".
