You go ahead and try out the new guns and dismantle the old if you think that's fun. If it's fun for you, great, but that doesn't mean it's fun for me, and neither way of having fun is necessarily right or wrong. I really don't understand why people like you insist on an end to the Ascend mechanic. If you don't want to use it, then don't use it. How would our use of it possibly affect you? Tell me why exactly it's so essential to the success of Destiny for our old legendaries to be left behind.
