Aren't they actually bones of Dire Ahamkara?
And why is there an object from Crota's realm on its right knee?

I believe that they are from baby Ahamkaras. Like the lore said , hunters could only kill baby Ahamkaras by themselves. The adult ones were left to the Warlocks because of how sophisticated they were. And hunters have bones from adult Ahamkaras because they helped Warlocks with hunting
