Yea, I've died a lot by Thorns. They can usually see the poison will kill me, so they stop shooting, hide, and get the kill. Lol I've noticed though that when you fire the HP such a large chunk of life comes off players in the first burst, that it will make a Thron user stop shooting and hide. The perk I have on mine also deals additional head shot damage after a body shot. The HP definitely lives up to the hype. A beast of a gun
