• No, I don't have to agree. That's what's so great about freewill.

  • I feel like if they actually designed new enemies instead of rehashing old ones, you wouldn't get bored with your weapons.

  • Yes I still would, I'm tired of thorn , fb, tlw, voc etc. Doesn't matter what I shoot , this is how a progressive game like this should be, look at wow or ff14 as you progress you leave your old equipment behind. Sorry that's just how it is

Did WoW or FFXIV have three pay to unlock areas, or "dlc", drop in the first year of release forcing you to re level the same gear three different times? No? Didn't think so.

  • This. Not only are my year-old weapons being outdated, but so are my brand-new HoW weapons (Including my complete Adept set, dammit!). That's terrible DLC handling, on Bungie's part.

  •
I'm tired of thorn , fb, tlw, voc etc.
So, because YOU'RE tired of using the same gear, you think everyone else should have the option taken away, too? Nice.

  • What we need is weapon forging like in KOA, that would me all weapons unique and you can try all kind of combinations to make the perfect weapon!

  • Why not use dregs pride 2 or any of the other Skolas weapons. I have them all and would gladly give them to you so you could try something different.

Eh. I get new guns all the time from activities. Most don't have the impact I want so they get dismantled quick. When I do find a weapon with base stats I like I then spend hundreds of notes of light to get it rolled with the perks I want. This can be a month ordeal depending on the roles. Since HOW came out I have gotten ONE weapon to roll with exactly what I wanted. And three others I am simply "OK" with. Two scout rifles and two shotguns. One for pve and PvP respectively. That means I still have yet to obtain ideal heavy weapons on one character and corresponding guns for my alts. Not to mention I haven't even started collecting the perfect hand cannon, the perfect auto rifle. Etc etc. I don't know what world other guardians play in but I don't want to lose the few perfect legendary weapons that have taken me months and a crap ton of supplies to make.

  • No disagreement, here. That's a big factor as to why I've rotated my gear so frequently between DLCs; If there's new and exciting gear, I'm absolutely going to grind for it. Again, while I'm extremely excited for the new TTK content, and in no way want to only use the same guns forever and ever, I would still like the option to revisit my old favorites and have the ability to go toe-to-toe with new ones in every game mode. Obviously, not everyone cares about that option as much as I do.
