Spartan's are calculated to move in milliseconds. The thing about the jellyhorn is that it's a triple threat; you've got the rocket, then the tracking, then the wolfpack rounds. I'll give you the Bubble Shield, I don't know what the SL would do, and the sniper would likely just unleash the wolfpack rounds.
Also by chance would you know which book this is?
