Time... rarely do I have time to setup a group and get going. Also, even though I have a full time job, the schedule is never the same, so that makes it harder to coordinate. So I mostly do PvE bounties, nightfall, daily and weekly.

If you have time to do the dailies I would think you'd have enough time to do some raids. Try it out it's a blast and if you don't have enough time to complete it just tell the raidteam and leave. It's super easy and quick to join a team on the recruitment part of the app.
